House Plans for Sale

Each house plan set is what is referred to as a Builder's Set and includes the following drawings. Cover sheet with code and insulation information, architectural floor plans for all stories, electrical / lighting plans for all stories, exterior building elevations, building sections, 3D views, and door & window schedules.  Structural and / or any other engineering is the responsibility of the Customer and will need to be designed and engineered for your local jurisdiction.
