This house is designed around a generous and flexible Great Room with full height south-facing windows to take advantage of special views. The luxurious Master Bedroom includes a quaint bay window to sit and relax. The second floor has an efficient configuration that minimizes the hallway. Each bedroom has a south-facing dormer that brings in more daylight and makes them feel like cozy attic rooms. 

This design promotes an environmentally sustainable and healthy structure and is affordable to maintain as the building ages. Some of the features are as follows:
