Each house plan set is known as a Builder's Set and includes the following drawings: a cover sheet with code and insulation information, architectural floor plans for all stories, electrical and lighting plans for all stories, exterior building elevations, building sections, 3D views, and door and window schedules. Structural and any other engineering responsibilities rest with the customer, who must ensure these are designed and engineered according to local jurisdiction requirements.
