This house features a bright and airy Great Room and Bedroom, accentuated by high ceilings and expansive south-facing windows that create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, making the home feel more spacious. Spanning 638 square feet, it is perfectly suited for compact living—ideal for a couple, a vacation retreat, or an Airbnb rental. The steeply pitched roof of the south-facing garage accommodates numerous solar panels, promoting net-zero living.
