Location: Carmel, Indiana
The client requested a romantic house design with front and back porch to promote cross ventilation. The building design incorporates the use of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) for the entire structure. The home follows Feng Shui principles in the space layout. We incorporated English Country style with broad shaded porches at the front and back. The tower element on the west contains a second story reading room.
