This site provides breathtaking views of the iconic Sedona red rocks to the north and northeast. The design of the house is strategically oriented to maximize these views while minimizing exposure to the intense summer sun from the south. The floor plan ensures that every room offers stunning vistas, complemented by a versatile outdoor patio and private rooftop decks. Additionally, the Great Room benefits from cross ventilation, enhancing comfort throughout the space. Three expansive rammed earth walls not only articulate the layout of the three primary wings—Guest Bedroom, Great Room, and Master Bedroom—but also serve as effective passive heating elements during Sedona's mild winter months.
