Single Family House with I.C.F.

Location:  Carmel, Indiana

The client envisioned a charming home design featuring front and back porches to enhance cross ventilation. The building fully utilizes Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) throughout its structure. Adhering to Feng Shui principles, the spatial layout promotes harmony and flow. We embraced an English Country style, highlighted by expansive shaded porches at both the front and rear. Additionally, the west-facing tower includes a cozy second-story reading room.
