This competition was to create a working farm tower with residential, retail, and cultural components on a mostly vacant site near the Tower Bridge. We scaled the retail, cultural and residential portions to match the adjacent neighborhoods in order to integrate the pedestrian fabric. This allowed the farm tower to serve a single function maximizing its efficiency.
