In this condominium remodel, we removed the wall between an existing kitchen and formal dining room to create a single great room. The new space consists of a sitting room, a dining banquette for large gatherings, and a kitchen with a large island. Since this is a condominium, the existing plumbing locations and exterior doors & windows were retained.
